Miguel La Cruz is a Sydney based fitness trainer, callisthenics expert and amateur boxer. Miguel has trained with elite boxing trainers and fighters throughout Ireland, Cuba, Canada, the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Angola.
His motivation lies in helping people understand that health and fitness is a life long commitment. He aims to provide effective and enjoyable workouts that utilise functional body movement. This allows the body to replicate what is most natural in a safe and fun environment.
Miguel prides himself on his ability to work with people of all different fitness levels and ages to help them achieve their goals. Whilst promoting the importance of leading a positive and healthy lifestyle.
In his spare time Miguel can be found in front of the camera lens. His rigorous boxing and calisthenics training has helped him maintain a physique that is highly sought after for fitness, swimwear, underwear, and commercial modelling.
